Coconut Granola

This recipe is super easy, and is a great for a snack or for breakfast!







5 cups oats
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 cups applesauce
3 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice


1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees
2. Mix ingredients together and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
3. Bake for 2 hours or until dried out
4. Add whatever you want to the mix when it’s cooled. I added some raisins and homemade chocolate to mine to jazz it up!
