Spinach and Berry Smoothie

Here’s a bit of a change from my regular smoothie recipe.   Spinach is high in vitamin a, which helps keep your eyes, skin, and immune system healthy.  Also, chia seeds are a good source of omega-3s and protein.
This smoothie is a good starting point for green smoothies.  It still tastes fruity, too!

1/4 cup frozen mangos
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup apricot or peach juice
1/3 cup frozen spinach
1 tbsp ground chia seeds


Blend and enjoy!
