Orange-you-Berryfull Smoothie

IMG_5124 A few weeks back I found a great website with over 50 smoothie recipes on it, and it inspired me to try creating some new smoothie blends!  Sometimes I get stuck in a smoothie rut.  So when noticed I had an orange in my kitchen I thought it’d be tasty to add to a berry smoothie.  This is a really fresh, fruity smoothie that’s also filling because of the protein in yogurt and chia seeds!

Ingredients
1 very ripe orange
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/4 cup spinach
1/4 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds

1.  Peel and cut orange into large slices

2. Blend in a blender or food processor for a couple minutes until well combined.
