Steamed broccoli with a miso, ginger, and tahini sauce

Here’s a yummy side dish for you. Sure, steamed broccoli is great on its own and I love a little plain veg every now and then, but sometimes you have to jazz things up with a bit of sauce. This is a super simple sauce that you can make in less than a minute! 

Ginger is anti-inflammatory and is so good for digestion, and add that with a little fermented miso paste and you’ve got a beautiful digestive team!

  1. 2 medium broccoli heads
  1. 1 inch chunk of ginger
  2. 2 tbsp tahini sauce
  3. 1 tbsp miso paste
  4. 1/4 cup coconut milk
  1. Boil water in a small pot or steamer and steam broccoli for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
